I am very pleased to announce my first Mindful Spirited Vinyasa Teacher Training which will take place in South Brazil in February 2009.

This month long intensive course is designed to build a solid foundation in the practice of Vinyasa Yoga. Daily asana practices will explore various aspects of Vinyasa with a wide range of sequences and focuses. We will study anatomy and physiology of asanas with the intention of deepening your awareness of the body, mind,, spirit connection. This connection will prepare you to take your practice to the world and as a teacher.

In addition to the Asana practice, this training will be a transformational experience as we explore various paths of Yoga with afternoon lectures and discussions. Topics will include:
